FutureAge Care was established in 2005 in Sydney, Australia. Initially we started out primarily by providing music-based activity programs for clients in residential aged care and adult high-care disability living, pastoral care and diversional therapy services - lifestyle and leisure. Training programs, speaking at conferences and seminars and building our lifestyle and leisure resource range then quickly followed and has brought us to where we are today.
FutureAge Care was the recipient of the 2005 Research Grant Award from Victoria University for our innovative working lifestyles and job club programs for residents living in aged care. Jennifer Freeman is the founder of FutureAge Care and senior consultant. Her signature themes at public speaking events include programs and activities to combat sensory deprivation and isolation in long-term residential living, person centred programs and meaningful lifestyle and leisure activity for those in our care. Jennifer works within aged care and adult disability care, contracted to provide programs for clients with very high-care support needs and those with lower level responses and more complex support needs. Contact FutureAge Care if you would like to book Jennifer to speak at your public event and to find out more about personalised consultancy and training solutions at your organisation.
